  • Japanese Covered Bridge
Japanese Covered Bridge – Built by the Japanese in the 17th century, this iconic wooden bridge includes a small temple and is a symbol of Hoi An. It features intricate carvings, a roofed walkway for shelter, and represents the cultural exchange between Japan, China, and Vietnam.
  • Fukian Assembly Hall (Phuc Kien)
Fujian Assembly Hall – Originally built by Chinese merchants from Fujian in the late 17th century, this hall is dedicated to Thien Hau, the goddess of the sea who protects sailors. The site features ornate gates, colorful mosaics, dragon statues, and a spacious main hall used for worship and community gatherings. Today, it is one of Hoi An’s most impressive landmarks, reflecting Chinese architecture and cultural heritage.
  • Old House of Tan Ky
Tan Ky Old House – Built over 200 years ago by a Vietnamese merchant family, this house blends Vietnamese, Chinese, and Japanese architectural styles. Inside, visitors can admire carved wooden beams, antique furniture, trading artifacts, and even flood markings on the walls. A highlight is the Confucius cup (chiếc chén Khổng Tử), a unique ceramic that only holds liquid when filled to a moderate level, symbolizing balance, modesty, and the Confucian way of life. It remains one of the best-preserved old houses in Hoi An. (Please note, if this ancient house is too crowded or temporarily closed, we will guide you to visit another ancient house.)
  • Hoi An Traditional Art Performance Theatre
After a long walk, you can recharge with special Traditional Performances featuring local dances, plays, songs, and folk games in an air-conditioned hall (with restrooms available). If you are lucky in the games, you may even receive a small gift from the locals.
  • Hoi An Cloth Market
At the end of the tour, you will visit Hoi An Market, home to sections for food, vegetables, souvenirs, silk, and leather goods. Your guide will first take you on a short walk to introduce the different stalls and local products. After that, you’ll have free time to explore, with shopping and bargaining tips from your guide, before saying goodbye and concluding the tour.
