Please arrive at the designated meeting point at least 10 minutes before the scheduled departure time. The bus will depart on time. Late arrivals and no-shows are the responsibility of the participants, and no refunds or compensation will be provided for missed departures.

Due to facility closures, restricted opening hours, or other operational circumstances, the tour may arrive at certain attractions or return to Sapporo earlier than scheduled. We appreciate your understanding.

Traffic congestion, adverse weather conditions, or road conditions may cause delays. If you plan to take a flight, train, or other transportation after the tour, please allow sufficient connection time. We cannot be held responsible for missed connections caused by such delays.

The tour may be modified or canceled due to natural disasters, severe weather, road closures, or other circumstances beyond our control. Please contact us to confirm the tour's operating status if necessary.

The duration of each sightseeing stop may vary depending on traffic conditions, the number of participants, and the actual operating conditions on the day.

When the tour operates with a minibus or large taxi instead of a standard tour bus, sightseeing commentary will be provided by the driver rather than a dedicated tour guide. Assistance will be available in Chinese, Japanese, and basic English.

Travel insurance and accident insurance are not included in the admission to Alpen Snowland Bibai. Guests are advised to purchase appropriate travel or personal accident insurance before departure and to exercise caution when participating in snow activities.

Due to parking restrictions, tour buses must enter the Shiroi Koibito Park parking area before 6:00 PM. If the tour is unable to arrive before this time due to traffic or other circumstances, the visit to Shiroi Koibito Park may be omitted.

If Shiroi Koibito Park is closed due to the New Year holidays, scheduled maintenance, or other operational reasons, the visit will be omitted and additional sightseeing time may be allocated to other attractions. The final arrangements will depend on the actual operating conditions on the day.

Please bring sufficient cash for optional paid activities at Alpen Snowland Bibai, as payment methods may vary between facilities and some activities may only accept cash.

The tour price includes round-trip bus transportation and admission to Alpen Snowland Bibai only. Lunch, optional snow activities (such as snow rafting, mini snowmobiles, four-wheel ATVs, and snow taxis), and admission fees to other attractions are not included. All additional expenses must be paid by guests. Please bring sufficient cash for optional paid activities at Alpen Snowland Bibai, as some facilities may not accept credit cards or electronic payments.
