Clients can try various Thai food meanwhile studying about herbs, vegetables, and Thai culinary history with lots of fun. Everything is homemade, from the curry paste to coconut milk. We using only natural stuff without single-use plastic. B's cooking class Usually arrange 1 course /day to make sure that our guests get a proper education and fun day jointly. Our students are able to learn how to make handmade pure coconut oil. We start in the fresh market. Buy all ingredients from the local people. The market tour is combined with education about herbs and the history of Thai culinary. In our open-air kitchen cooking together 2-6 people with lots of fun. Teacher Bee help individually for each student to be a successful chef from the chopping board to the serving plate. We make our homemade the curry paste, coconut milk. Our student is able to learn how to make extra virgin cold-pressed coconut oil. /3 days we can delivery to the client's pure high-quality oil/ we also offering plenty of special dishes from the south of Thailand.
