Cycling Tour with Local Guide
By Dragon Boat and Bicycle: Travel by Ordinary Bicycle & Dragon Boat to Thien Mu Pagoda, Choose any 1, or 2 or 3 Tombs of Minh Mang, Khai Dinh & Tu Duc.
Duration: 6 hours: we cycle 20 minutes to Thien Mu Pagoda, then take 1 hour boat before cycling to Royal Tombs (up to 20km cycling in total)
Food and Drinks: not included on the tour, but available to purchase in some local restaurants in the tomb areas with Bread/Noodle.
Entry Fee is not included: Tickets Price: 150k/person/tomb. If you also visit Imperial City, then Combo Ticket is recommended.

Tiger ArenaMOTORBIKE OPTION ONLY - OPTIONAL: one of the most interesting sights in Hue, just about 3km away from city center. This is probably the most interesting site in Hue, and it is all too often overlooked by visitors. It was built in 1830 during the reign of Emperor Minh Mang to stage yearly battle fights between an elephant and a tiger.

Vong Canh HillMOTORBIKE OPTION ONLY - OPTIONAL: located in the south of Hue city. Vong Canh Hill is considered as a park for strolling, sightseeing, relaxing activities combined with road and waterway tours along the Huong River for city residents and tourists from near and far. If you have the opportunity to visit Hue, visitors remember to come to Vong Canh hill.

Thuy XuanOPTIONAL STOP: A famous local village specializing in Traditional Conical Hat and Perfume Incense making. We will make a stop in a local workshop and have chance to learn how local people have been making for their living with traditional craft.

Tomb of Khai DinhOPTIONAL STOP: This is the smallest tomb (48.5X117m) of the Nguyen Emperors, but took the longest time and cost a lot of money to build. This is only tomb of the Nguyen's Kings with blended architecture of Vietnamese and Western style. This is also the only tomb of the Nguyen's Kings we know exactly where King was buried.

Mausoleum of Emperor Minh MangOPTIONAL STOP: Minh Mang Tomb is famous for landscape and Oriental Architecture. This tomb was planned and started by Minh Mang but built by his successor - King Thieu Tri, from begining of 1841 until 1843.

Tomb of Tu DucOPTIONAL STOP: Tomb of King Tu Duc was built by himself from 1864 - 1867. This was also place where King Tu Duc sometimes lived and worked when he was still alive. Tomb's area is about 12 Hecta including 2 seperated areas: Temple area and Burial area. Then climb back on the bike to cycling back to city center, and finish our fantastic HueTombs Tour by Bike and Boat.

Thien Mu PagodaOPTIONAL STOP: Located on the north shore of the Perfume River about 3km from the Imperial Citadel. You can get there by dragon boat along the Perfume River, or for those feeling more energetic, a pleasant bicycle ride. The Thien Mu Pagoda is regarded as the unofficial symbol of the former imperial capital. Today it is the home of the Austin Motor Vehicle which drove Thich Quang Duc to his self-immolation in Saigon in 1963 in protest against the Diem regime. It is still home to many monks and a holy site visited by many everyday.

Tu Hieu PagodaOPTIONAL STOP: Từ Hiếu Pagoda is one of the oldest and most historically significant Buddhist temples in Huế, Vietnam. Built in 1843, this sacred site is widely celebrated for its profound serenity, deep connection to the imperial Nguyen Dynasty, and its legacy as the root temple of the world-renowned Zen Master Thích Nhất Hạnh. It is also the only pagoda in Vietnam featuring a dedicated cemetery for imperial court eunuchs from the nearby Nguyen Dynasty tombs, who helped fund and restore the pagoda to secure a final resting place.
