This is a real hands-on workshop, not a quick demo. Learn how to make traditional Hungarian chimney cake (kürtőskalács) from scratch in a beautiful, professional cooking studio in central Budapest. During the workshop, you’ll also hear the story of chimney cake — where it comes from, how it evolved over time — and learn practical techniques you can actually use at home, even if you don’t have professional equipment.
Each participant prepares 2 full-size, traditional chimney cakes, guided step by step by an experienced chef.
