Begin with a traditional pálinka welcome and a tasting board of local cheeses, cold cuts, honey, and walnuts, paired with unlimited premium Hungarian wine throughout the class. Under the guidance of a professional chef, you’ll prepare a four-course traditional Hungarian meal—starter, soup, main course, and dessert—from seasonal menus featuring iconic local dishes.
All ingredients, tools, and equipment are provided, so you can fully enjoy the experience without any preparation. Along the way, you’ll gain insight into Hungarian customs and everyday life, making the class both cultural and culinary.
At the end, you’ll receive printed recipes to recreate the dishes at home, along with freshly brewed coffee and still water to complete your experience.
