Overview
I welcome you to the cellar, where we will start tasting our wines. We will enjoy an explanatory video on the development of Alsace wines. I will then take you to visit the family cellar dating from 1850, and discover the hundred-year-old oak barrels that we still use to vinify our wines.
We have a scenographic space within the cellar with immersive video at 180° projected on barrels - unique in France. This film is not a remake of what can be found to date where we tell the work of the vineyard... But a film about my rather rich personal story, and about my work philosophy. All this is projected in the winery, on 180°old oak barrels.
We will finish the tasting in our dining bar area. You can enjoy a mixed plate to share (cheeses, fish and cold cuts). Possibility to take a vegetarian version (let us know in advance).

Then we'll visit the cellar, with its wooden barrels over a hundred years old, and you'll discover our family history through a scenographic area with an immersive 180° video projected onto the barrels: unique in France... We'll finish the tasting in the wine area, where you can enjoy a meal with a board (soup, board and dessert) and discover our world, where wine and tourism go hand in hand.
