Immerse yourself in a full-day Thai cooking experience that goes beyond the ordinary. Your journey begins with a hotel pickup and a guided market tour, where instructors will introduce you to local herbs, spices, and seasonal ingredients.

From there, continue to our large organic farm surrounded by rice fields. Feed and hug the chickens, collect their eggs, wander through the gardens, and explore the mushroom hut. These hands-on activities bring you closer to the roots of Thai cooking.

In our open-air kitchen, each guest has their own station in a small group setting. With guidance from our instructors, you’ll prepare 7 authentic Thai dishes and 1 refreshing drink. Learn to make stir-fries, soups, and curries, and end with the classic Mango Sticky Rice. A highlight of the full-day course is learning to make fresh coconut milk the ancient way using a traditional coconut grater — a rare skill that few other schools in Chiang Mai offer.

After a day of cooking, sit down to enjoy the feast you’ve created, surrounded by rice fields and fresh country air. At the end of the class, return to your hotel with e-recipe, new cooking skills, and unforgettable memories of Thai hospitality.
