Each retreat is uniquely tailored to the group, so it’s a little different every time. You’re welcome to take part in as many or as few of the activities as you feel inspired. You’re invited to really tap into your own feminine flow, feeling when it’s your time to join the group

*Aguahara – an ancient aquatic bodywork that combines elements of massage, movement and breathwork,to help us connect with our inner selves, in our lovely pool.

*Boundary setting+asking for what you want
*Transforming+freeing ourselves from self- limiting beliefs
*Balancing the feminine and masculine within
*Introduction to tantra
*Creating a deeper connection with your womb+sacred feminine
