Swimming ability in the ocean is required. Have you ever wondered what it feels like to breathe underwater? Shore diving on Maui offers the perfect conditions to try diving for your first time. Under the guidance of your dedicated instructor, you will learn about the basics of diving, practice a few skills in shallow water to get comfortable with breathing, and how to use the equipment before continuing for an exhilarating scuba dive. Guests often see turtles, eels, and large schools of tropical fish! The entire Introductory Dive experience takes about 2.5 hours.
