Are you ready to roll up your sleeves and learn how to create your own fresh sushi rolls like a pro? You are in for a special treat!
In this highly interactive and hands-on class, Chef Cregg will let you in on tips and tricks of making delicious sushi rolls, from preparing the perfect sushi rice, cutting the fresh ingredients properly, and the art of rolling. This casual and easy to follow class will surely engage all your senses! All participants will make three different rolls - Tuna, a vegetable based roll such as California Roll and a "Chef's Choice" roll that will use fresh, in season and sustainable ingredients. You are invited to let your creativity flow and try rolling with seaweed both inside and out and mix and match different ingredients to develop your own unique creation.
When giving as a gift, your recipient can choose a date at their convenience during a booking process. Otherwise, you can choose one after checkout and voucher redemption.

All you need to bring to this class is your curiosity and appetite! You can be confident this class will be an absolute delight whether the occasion is for a family activity, team building event, or surprising your partner on a romantic date night. We welcome guests ages 18 and older
You are welcome to BYOB of favorite beer, wine or Sake! Please make sure to read through all dietary information. Your Chef will meet you at the building entrance to allow access at class time-please do not enter the building before the Chef allows access. Please note that late arrivals will not be admitted and the door will close 5 minutes after the class start time. The nature of our classes are set up so that booking parties will work together during class, sharing both ingredients and equipment.
