Be on time. Late/no-shows may be canceled with a fee. If delayed, contact us promptly.
Pre-Tour Confirmation:
We’ll send meeting info by the day before. Provide a Japan-based contact. No message by 6 PM? Contact “ISHIGAKI ADVENTURE PiPi” via ticket info.
Late Bookings (after 5 PM):
Meet directly at Ishigaki Port Remote Island Terminal.
Participation:
Ages 3–59 only.
*Children aged 3 to 11 may be guided to use a more stable canoe instead of SUP depending on the sea conditions and the number of participants on the day.
If you’re concerned about your physical strength or have a fear of the ocean, please consult us in advance.
Gear & Safety:
Life jacket, fins, and mask required. Refusal may mean exclusion. Follow guide instructions.
