Your host is an experienced tour guide a chef all over the world for the past 35 years! The last 15 years, right here on Prince Edward Island. You will get to taste the best of the best, freshest oysters shucked right in front of you by your very own tour guide, oyster guide and chef!
We stop at that perfect spot and share knowledge of this wonderful food nurtured right here in our island waters. They all share one thing; they produce what we call the “Merroir” of these amazing oysters. Like “terroir” is to wine, Merroir is to these pristine waters. And you get freshly shucked oysters for all to try throughout the tour.
