Every day starting from 4:30pm,
enjoy a 3,5 hours cooking lesson in Sorrento hills, immersed in the nature of the Villa Giovanna, an old villa transformed into a luxury resort, test your skills in the cooking art and studying the secrets of the Italian Cuisine all accompanied by limoncello spritz and high quality wine from our friend in vesuvio and in Venice.. Starting with a limoncello spritz, with our homemade limoncello and preparing homemade ravioli or tagliatelle, eggplant parmigiana . Learning little more about food history: mozzarella, ricotta, parmigiano, extra-vergin oil, basilico, San Marzano tomato, semolino and 00 flour...and some "MAMMA advices"..available only for you! Finishing with one dessert : Tiramisù or Zuccotto.
At the end of the lesson you can eat all you have prepared and of course, tasting all the wine you would like
