Love of food and imagination are the key ingredients of this cooking class, as well as flour and eggs. We will prepare fresh homemade pasta together, cook sauces to season it, create a delicious traditional dessert and then .... taste everything with a glass of good local wine!
We will prepare the classic tagliatelle and spaghetti alla chitarra that we will dress with a sauce of seasonal vegetables, pesto or cheese. For dessert you can choose whether to prepare tiramisu or semifreddo with amaretto.
