The instructor, ZERO-UCHI Restart, is a professional team that has won a world competition and is still active as an influencer with a total of 10 million followers.
We will provide lessons tailored to everyone's temperature while hearing about how much exercise you usually do.
Once we completed a preparatory exercise, it is time to start.
We will teach you a few moves that are representative of the wotagei culture and practice them little by little. Don't forget to hydrate yourself!
Once you have finished practicing, the last step is to take a commemorative photo. The instructor can also be in the video, or you can take your own. Darken the room, and enjoy the fresh experience with penlights.
Filming will be done with a high-performance camera, and you will receive your photos/video on the spot. If you have difficulty receiving the film, you can of course share it online later.
