We would like to inform you that the guided tour of the Alcázar of the Christian Monarchs cannot take place as usual due to the restoration works that have been ongoing since last June.
Although the monument’s full reopening was initially scheduled for November, we have recently been notified that the partial closure will continue. Therefore, during the visit, we will only be able to access and explore the areas currently open to the public: the Alcázar Gardens and the Arab Baths of the Caliphal Alcázar, both part of the same monumental complex.

Alcazar de los Reyes CristianosIMPORTANT NOTE: the Alcazar of the Christian Kings will be partially closed until next November 1st. As an alternative, we will visit the gardens of the Alcázar and the Caliphal Baths of the old alcazar the Alcázar of the Christian Kings, where most of the Castilian kings lived and where the explorer Christopher Columbus met with Isabela I. The tour includes a walk in its lovely gardens which will transport us to past events.
