We’ll pick you up in Manuel Antonio and head into the lush mountains of Esquipulas to our family-run Chorro Ecolodge. Begin with a private yoga class on our elevated rainforest platform, surrounded by jungle and the sounds of the Naranjo River below. The class is tailored to your group and welcoming to everyone—from experienced yogis to those who haven’t touched their toes in years.
After yoga, enjoy fresh local fruit before following a short jungle trail to our private waterfall. Swim, explore, cool off in the river—and then things get a little more colorful.
Cover yourself in 100% natural Costa Rican VIDA Blue Clay, rinse off beneath the waterfall, and embrace your inner Avatar. It’s messy, playful, completely optional, and usually one of the most photographed moments of the day.
We finish at the home of our neighbor and friend Doña Luz, where you’ll learn to make traditional tortillas and sit down together for a homemade Costa Rican lunch cooked over her wood-burning stove.
