Desaru BeachWe gather at the beach at the break of dawn, listening to the sound of the waves as it laps the shore. Soaking up the gentle rays of the morning sun, a great source of vitamin D. We begin with breathing exercises to relax the muscles and mind. Your instructor will guide you through the sixteen motions, assisted with a bamboo stick to help stretch, strengthen, and increase flexibility.
If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.
