On this tour you will be able to experience the entire process of making chocolates "from the cocoa bean to the chocolate bar and other products". We begin with an introduction to unroasted cocoa, we learn about the cocoa fruit and the processes linked to the harvest and post-harvest. We also delve into the unique cacao origins we use in our urban chocolate factory. We explain the way in which we select the seeds and the roasting profiles that we have developed to get the best flavour.
Then we will see how we shell the roasted cocoa beans and the best thing: we taste them.
We then walk through the rest of the processes needed to turn roasted cocoa into chocolate.
We end our tour tasting different products developed with fine cocoa and with the possibility of buying the products.
