Kailashnath Mahadev StatueYour tour guide will pick you up from your hotel and take you for an hour-long drive to the Bhaktapur valley, to see the Kailashnath Mahadev Statue. You will climb up a hill to enjoy the status and also a great view of whole Bhaktapur valley. Kailashnath Mahadev is the World's Tallest Lord Shiva statue, located in Saanga the border of Bhaktapur and Kavre districts. The height of this statue is 143 feet high and is situated 20 km from Kathmandu, Nepal. It boasts amazing views of the valley along with the mountains and lush green Bhaktapur fields. Apart from the primary Shiva statue, there is a good-looking statue of the whole family (Shiva, Parvati, Kumar and Ganesh). The stairs leading to the main statue have Shiva-lingas of 12 different forms of Lord Shiva.

PanautiUpon reaching Panauti, visit Brahmayani Temple as you crosses Rosi and Punyamati rivers. You might encounter with lines of mourners making their way to the funeral Ghats. Continue sightseeing of Indreshwor temple, Unmatta Bhairav Temple. Observe various idols of Hindu god and goddess, wood carving on struts, toran around the Indreshwor temple area.

Then drive to Namobuddha, and start your sightseeing upon reaching. The story surrounding this area goes that a little prince saw a weak and hungry tigress lying on the ground with small cubs on his hunting tour in the area. The prince saw that the tigress and her cubs were hungry but had nothing to offer immediately. Eventually he fed his own flesh and blood to this striving tiger family. That young prince was off course little Buddha. Commemorating that great story, there is a famous shrine and stone slab featuring the history on the top of hill with great panorama of Himalaya and downhill villages.
