- 🦜 Paddle past two isolated islands teeming with wildlife and birds.
- 🏞️ Cross through the mangroves via a natural tunnel leading to Corumbê Bay, another stunning location.
- ⚠️ Designed for active individuals; participants should not be sedentary and must practice sports. Intense physical effort required.
- 🧢 Recommended items include sunscreen, repellent, sportswear, bathing suit, cap, sunglasses, and water. A waterproof bag and cell phone cover are advised for personal items.
- ☔ In rainy weather, bring a raincoat. Maximum duration is 3 hours 30 minutes with 120 minutes of paddling time and one stop.

Pontal BeachAfter a brief instruction, we will leave from Pontal beach towards Paradise beach and Jabaquara mangroves; soon after we will enter the mangroves at Itú island and Várzea do Corumbê. The itinerary is full of beauty, lonely beaches, islands and the last mangroves of Paraty (nature reserve) A whole adventure, the silence, the animals, crossing the mangrove feeling that we are passing through a time tunnel that will take us to an unknown and wonderful place. Have a good time.
