The base camp for the trek will be at Sankri, a scenic little hamlet nestled deep in the mountains.For this adventure, you will be camping under the starry sky in tents, on multiple sharing bases. Also, while you’re in Sankri, you will have the option of staying in a guest house/hotel or enjoying the local culture at a homestay.The Kedarkantha trek is an all-weather trek but in each weather condition it’s looks are different like in summers and spring it will be lush green, has the fragrance of wildflowers, the fragrance of pinewood, blooming flowers of different colours. The whole landscape captivates you and your senses. In winters it will be snow white whole landscape, flora & fauna covered with virgin snow. The trail which is full of greenery during winters becomes white due to snow with tall snow-covered pine trees. The whole land looks like someone covered it with a white sheet. If you are on a trek during a full moon then for a while you will forget that you are on the earth because the reflection of the moon on the snow creates a miraculous effect.
