The total weight limit is 450 lbs for Tandem and Triple Flights

All flights are 2-3 at a time. Triple Flights are weather and weight permitting

Check in is 30 minutes prior to departure time

Pregnant guests may not participate in parasailing

Alcohol cannot be consumed prior to participating in any activity. Guests arriving to check in with alcohol in their possession or under the influence will be restricted from entering the water, turned away or required to reschedule. Tickets are non-refundable.

Children age 6-14 must have an adult present on the boat. Children 6-13 must fly with guest 14+. Guests 6-13 must be supervised at all times.

Minors 15-17 may go out on tour without an adult, parent must still be present at check in with ID to sign waivers.

All guests must sign liability waiver prior to boarding the vessel.

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
