- IKO kitesurfing instructor: experienced, trilingual, and with international IKO certification.
- Transportation: from the meeting point to the location that offers the best conditions for the class on that day.
- Equipment: helmet, goggles, 50N vest, harness, bar, leash, kite, pump
- International Certification: level achieved registered at IKO
- Photos and videos: captured with iPhone or GoPro. Transferred at the end of the class.

You will experience the Discovery Kitesurfing Course from the IKO - International Kitesurfing Organization, a world reference in teaching the sport, and during the class you will learn:
* Performing an SEA (Spot, Environment, Activity) Assessment
* Holding, carrying, and securing a kite on land
* Kite setup
* Use of safety systems
* Pre-flight check
* Launching and landing as an assistant
* Controlling the kite while flying, exploring the edges of the wind window
* Letting go of the bar
* Twisting and untwisting the lines
* Flying one-handed
* Trim discovery concept and application
* Walking while flying the kite
* Launching and landing as a pilot Pilot
* Wind Window Theory
* In-Flight Quick Release Activation
* Equipment Packing
Upon completion of this course, the student will be eligible to enroll in the Intermediate Level 2 course.
