Your first kite lesson. This is a 3-hour lesson. You'll begin with a safety instruction and the basics on the beach. After approximately 1 hour you're ready to go into the sea with your instructor. You'll learn kitecontrol and bodydragging and maybe try some waterstarts already on the board
