Departure takes place adjacent to the Dry Dock restaurant at the Knysna Waterfront. Clients need to check-in at the Springtide kiosk (next to the ice cream kiosk) 30 minutes before departure time.

Departure takes place adjacent to the Dry Dock restaurant at the Knysna Waterfront. Clients need to check-in at the Springtide kiosk (next to the ice cream kiosk) 30 minutes before departure time.
- The cruise departs and ends at the Knysna Waterfront. Travellers are able to enjoy the waterfront before and after the cruise with its many restaurants and retail shops it has to offer (pass by)
- The Knysna Heads is our only passage to sea, if sea and weather conditions allow we will proceed through the Knysna Heads and out into the Indian Ocean for some ultimate sailing (pass by)
- Once we depart from the Knysna Waterfront we sail through the Knysna Lagoon and make our way towards the Knysna Heads. In the event of poor sea conditions at the Knysna Heads that prevents us from exiting the heads and going out to sea, we will carry on the charter with in the Knysna Lagoon. Typically on every charter, the light lunch is served on our way back to the Knysna Waterfront on the Knysna lagoon. (pass by)
