To ensure participant safety, this activity is restricted to individuals aged 5 to 60 years. Children below the age of 5 are not allowed. Participants need to demonstrate a minimum vertical reach of 120 cm. Due to equipment limitations, the maximum weight allowed for this activity is 120 kg.

Individuals over 61 years of age are advised not to participate. Pregnant individuals and those with back, neck, acrophobia, joint, or muscle problems should carefully evaluate their participation.

Please allow approximately 4 hours for the complete tour experience, including transportation to and from your hotel. The activity itself will last for 2 hours.

The visit to Tree Bridge Cafe is a post-activity rest stop. Time spent at the cafe depends on the group's pace and scheduled transfer times.

Guests wishing to extend their stay at the cafe beyond the scheduled return transfer may do so, but will be responsible for arranging their own transportation back to the hotel.
