PristinaWe’ll start the day like locals do — with a complimentary coffee at a nearby café. It’s a great chance for us to introduce ourselves, chat a bit, and get to know each other before diving into the tour. Of course, if you've already had your coffee at the hotel, we can skip it and head straight into the walk — totally up to you!

Skanderbeg statueWe’ll begin with a guided walk through Prishtina’s central pedestrian zone, starting from the Grand Hotel and heading toward Skanderbeg Square. Along the way, we’ll see the Mother Teresa statue and key institutions such as the Government and Assembly buildings, the historic Hotel Union, and the grand Skanderbeg statue.

Newborn MonumentA powerful symbol of Kosovo’s independence and rebirth. We’ll stop for photos and share the story of how this installation changes design each year.

Heroinat MemorialAn emotional and striking monument dedicated to the 20,000+ women who suffered sexual violence during the Kosovo War. Each metal pin in the artwork represents a woman, both seen and unseen.

Mother Teresa CathedralStep inside Prishtina’s modern cathedral dedicated to Mother Teresa, then ride the elevator up the left tower for a spectacular 360° view over the capital. From the top, we’ll take in panoramic views of the city, from the university campus and the iconic National Library to the growing skyline of “new” Prishtina. It’s a perfect way to appreciate the city’s diverse architecture and layout from a zoomed-out perspective.

PrizrenNext Stop: Prizren – Kosovo’s Cultural Heart After finishing our tour in Prishtina, we’ll drive about 1 hour and 10 minutes south to Prizren. This is usually where we take our lunch break and enjoy some traditional food in the heart of the old town. Prizren has a very different feel from the capital. It’s known for its well-preserved Ottoman and Byzantine architecture, religious landmarks, and relaxed atmosphere. The city is built around a river, with old stone bridges, historic buildings, and narrow streets filled with local shops and cafés. It’s a great place to walk, take photos, and experience the blend of cultures that have shaped Kosovo over the centuries.

Sinan Pasha MosqueNestled in the heart of Prizren’s old town, this 17th-century mosque is one of Kosovo’s most admired Ottoman-era landmarks. Its grand dome, slender minaret, and vibrant painted interior offer a glimpse into the region’s Islamic heritage. After exploring the mosque, we’ll enjoy a complimentary cup of tea in the courtyard—a cherished Kosovar tradition often shared after a good meal, reflecting our warm hospitality and love for simple moments.

Church of Saint GeorgeWe’ll visit the Orthodox Cathedral of St. George, a symbol of Prizren’s complex past. Damaged during the 2004 unrest and later rebuilt, the church reflects the city’s layered history. Inside, we’ll also step into the adjacent “Little Church,” where centuries-old frescoes still survive—offering a rare glimpse into Prizren’s religious diversity and the challenges of coexistence in the Balkans.
