Koukaki DistrictWe will explore Olympiou Street, the lively pedestrian area with all the bars and restaurants in the most local district in downtown Athens, Koukaki. We will try a souvlaki or gyros at my favorite local grill place.

The bakery is a local family-run business where I buy my bread and pies for more than 20 years. We will also have meze dishes at a local Greek Taverna (Mousaka, Tzatziki, Greek Salad, Gemista) and share local wine like locals do.

I will walk you also to the finishing point which is Akropolis metro station and I will show you the beautiful pedestrian street of Makrigianni and Apostolou Pavlou, where we will have the chance to enjoy Acropolis lit!
