Please arrive 10 minutes before the tour begins. Once the group has departed, latecomers cannot join and tickets are non-refundable.

All vehicles are heated and equipped with an audio guide. The part of the tour inside Wawel Castle is a walking tour with a live guide.

A dress code is required to enter places of worship and selected museums: shorts and sleeveless tops are not allowed; both men and women must cover their knees and shoulders.

During important religious, state or jubilee events admission to the cathedral, royal tombs, or the bell tower may be suspended. In such circumstance, the Organizer reserves the right to replace the entrance to the Cathedral with another one within the castle complex.
