- This picturesque Byzantine fortress, a small castle standing on the causeway-connected Guvercin Adasi (Pigeon Island), has recently undergone renovations. From Gazi Begendi Park (Hill), you can capture panoramic photos of this castle. After being dropped off at the port, you can also take a leisurely walk to explore this charming site.
