But First Dessert, visited on Saturday & Sunday, was the winner of the Plates of Plenty Judges' Choice Award. Its owner loves being able to celebrate her chef's creativity using local products & to have the opportunity to give clients something they wouldn't usually make themselves. You will have a delicious dessert here.

Omokoroa BeachA Fish and chip lunch will be enjoyed at the small seaside village of Omokoroa. From Thursday Sunday, the lunch will be at the Omokoroa Boat Club. Monday -Wednesday the lunch will be at Alma Eatery. On leaving Omokoroa, we will continue back towards Tauranga to a kiwifruit orchard.

Te PunaWe will stop at a kiwifruit orchard where the kiwifruit industry will be explained, from planting through to the beautiful edible fruit & export. You will be given a taste of the fruit. we will then drive up to the Minden Lookout

Minden LookoutFrom this vantage point you are treated to a panoramic view of the entire Coastal Bay of Plenty. On a clear day, you can see White island, an active volcano. You will then be returned to the Port of Tauranga. En route, we will drive along what we consider to be the best beach in the southern Hemisphere
