Your day begins by meeting our instructor at the meeting point and if you opt for the morning tour, you'll have the chance to visit the local market. Here, you'll explore and gain insights into the local Lao ingredients. You can even select your own ingredients for the dishes you'll be preparing. Upon returning to the restaurant, you'll receive instructions on crafting a variety of local dishes, enough to compose a full meal. Your culinary repertoire will encompass the art of making Lao spicy dipping sauces, Mok Pa, Lemongrass stuffed with chicken and herbs, Laap, and more. With the attentive guidance of your instructor and your personal recipe book, you'll craft these delectable creations.
