Smaller personal bags or backpacks are allowed on the bus, suitcases or larger luggage must be left behind. Please note that backpacks are not allowed at Grand Canyon West and must remain on the motor vehicle during your visit.

Children under 2 years old, not occupying their own seat and not exceed accompanying adults may participate at no charge.

Do not book additional activities, shows, meals, or attractions after this tour on the same day. Road or weather delays may occur. National Park Express (NPE) is not responsible for missed events, show tickets, flights, dining reservations, or related expenses.

No alcoholic beverages are permitted on the vehicle during the tour. NPE tour staff reserves the rights to refuse guests who appear to be intoxicated or under the influence of drugs (including marijuana) or alcohol; these guests will not be eligible for a refund.

Tours require minimum participation. If minimums are not met, guests may be offered a reschedule, alternative experience, or full refund.

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
