MondesaOnce enter the township of Mondesa, we stop and talk about the history and housing situation, then we embark from the vehicle and take a walk through the streets, stopping at the single quarters traditional food markets.

MondesaA special visit to a wonderful woman who tells us all about her history in Swakopmund and explains her traditional as a Herero woman. We are invited into her home to get a glimpse into her fascinating culture.

SwakopmundDRC, Democratic Resettlement Community. Here we visit a Nama Herbalist who is a practicing midwife and herbalist doctor. We learn about the natural medicinal plants of Namibia and the local Nama/Damara Language.

MondesaThroughout the drive through the location, we discuss various topics regarding the cultures, education, housing etc of Namibia and its urban areas. We end off the tour with a sampling of some traditional Oshivambo food in a local restaurant and some singing traditional songs from a local choir group.
