If the time you choose is not available, you will be transferred to another time on the same day. These changes do not depend on us. Therefore by booking you are aware of this possible change and therefore we warn you so not to have complaints later, or requests for refunds, which will not be taken into consideration. Example: If you choose the 10:00 time slot and it is not available you will be moved to the first available slot, 14:00

Important notice for last minute bookings (on the same day or from one day to the next): in case of lack of seats the customer will be placed on the day following the booked date.

"Skip the Line" means that instead of waiting in the normal long queue, the customer enters a fast, priority queue, together with the other customers who have chosen this option

If the selected time is unavailable for logistical reasons or ticket office overbooking (for which we are not responsible), the activity will be rescheduled for another time on the same day. To avoid possible overlaps, we recommend not booking consecutive tours. The customer will be notified in advance. Therefore, by booking, the customer acknowledges the above.
