Enjoy this amazing experience by train from Cusco or Ollantaytambo.This one day trip allow you to reach the lost city of the Incas " Machu Picchu ", where you will visit all the major sites such as the Intihuatana ,the circular tower , the sun Temple , the Temple of the Three Windows, the main square and also you will appreciate around the citadel Inca farming terraces and Urban areas. This program stars with an early pick-up from your hotel in Cusco at 4:00 AM and then we will transfer you to the train station at Ollantaytambo, where you’ll board the 06:40 train to travel for about 1h 40 ‘ to Aguas Calientes, arriving at around 08:00 hrs. Our representative will waiting for you at the train station in Aguas Calientes and escort you to take the bus up to Machu Picchu. After a half-hour bus ride you’ll arrive to Machu Picchu Sanctuary at around 08:45, where your guide will meet you and then you will enter the site to begin the walking tour . On a tour of 2 hour of this enigmatic site, your guide will talk about the historical sanctuary of Machu Picchu and he will show you the most important sites within the citadel. After the guided tour you'll have free time to explore and take photos by yourselves. In the afternoon, at the appropriate time, you’ll take the bus down to Aguas Calientes town ,where you can have lunch ( not included ) in one of the many restaurants. Afterwards you will board the train back at 16:12 to Ollantaytambo or Poroy train station , where our transport will be waiting for you to transfer you and drop you up at your hotel in Cusco. We arrive in Cusco at approximately 20:30 hrs. Optionally: Hike the Huayna Picchu Mountain , which takes 2 hours round-trip. This trip is without a guide. If you choose to take this option, your guided tour will be shorter in order to finish in time to enter Huayna Picchu.
