La LatinaBar 1: Tour begins sipping on my favorite vermouth on tap. We will pair it with Chupadedos olives. These olives are of the verdial variety and are seasoned with pepper, garlic, oregano and olive oil, which results in a very pleasant and delicious flavor.

La LatinaBar 2: We will drink wine the way they did in the 19th century and taste the best cod fritters in Madrid.

La LatinaBar 3: This is one of the most beautiful wine bars in Madrid. We will taste Altos de Torona Albariño, 2022 International Wine Challenge Winner. We will pair the wine with a special type of tapas called “tostas”.

La LatinaBar 4: It is now time to go deeper into Old Madrid through its narrow cobblestone streets and make our way to the highest rated restaurant in the neigborhood. We will sit down to taste 3 Michelin Star Iberico Tenderloin.

La LatinaBar 4: Now it is perfect time to begin with the reds. I ll uncork different wines from my own cellar. I open outstanding wines such as Matas Altas or Platón.

La LatinaBar 4: To round off the night we will taste the king of all Spanish dessert wines: Pedro Ximenez. The wine will perform a miracle by turning vanilla ice-cream into rum & raisins.
