Bodegas PeralVisit to a winery built in the 1880s where we'll explain the histrocial winemaking practices local to the winery, one method of which is still in use to today. Walk among the tinajas in an underground winery before heading upstairs to see more modern winemaking practices before finishing with a tasting of 3 wines.

We eat in the main square of Chinchón where you'll be served an assortment of starters to share and with a main course of eiher fish or meat. Lunch will finish with dessert and coffee and you'll be able to enjoy a glass of wine and water with your meal.
