Day 2 – Soti Khola - Machha Khola ( 930 M ) 5- 6 hrs walking
Day 3 – Machha Khola - Jagat ( 1340 m ) 6– 7 hrs walking
Day 4 – Jagat – Deng ( 1860 m ) 5 – 6 hrs walking
Day 5 – Deng – Namrung ( 2630 m ) 6- 7 hrs walking
Day 6 – Namrung – Samagaon ( 3530 m ) 6- 7 hrs walking
Day 7 - Rest Day in Samagon ( 3530 m ) Visit Pungyen Gompa
