- Isla Damas, with 600 hectares of surface, known for its estuaries full of mangroves and its diverse population of flora and fauna. The fauna on and around the island include a large number of wild animals such as white-faced monkeys, sloths, green iguanas, crabs, turtles, crocodiles, raccoons, anteaters and numerous bird species.
