Meet your local guide at a traditional Istanbul market and start by exploring the stalls together. With your guide, you will shop for some of the fresh ingredients and traditional products that make up a Turkish breakfast. Along the way, you will learn about local ingredients, Turkish food traditions, and how people shop for breakfast in Istanbul.

After the market, take a short walk of around 10 minutes to our place, where the real fun begins. Together with your guide and the other guests, you will prepare the breakfast, learn how to use the ingredients, arrange everything on the table, and experience the social side of a traditional Turkish breakfast.

Once everything is ready, sit down together and enjoy the breakfast you helped prepare. Turkish breakfast is much more than a meal—it is a time to slow down, share food, drink tea, and enjoy good conversation.

After breakfast, discover another important part of Turkish culture: Turkish coffee. Your guide will show you how traditional Turkish coffee is prepared, from measuring the coffee to cooking and serving it. Then you will have the chance to prepare your own coffee and enjoy it together.
