We want to share with our guests the passion, tradition and secrets of Pugliese cuisine. In your luggage back home, you will not only carry the memory of a wonderful vacation but also the knowledge in preparing typical dishes of the region and become an ambassador of Pugliese food for hobby or business.
Our Pugliese cooking course includes the preparation of fresh pasta, meat pasta sauce, eggplant parmigiana and a delicious crostata for dessert.
The experience will end with everyone sitting at the table, tasting all the dishes that we prepare together plus some appetizers that our chef will prepare for you.
The menu can be personalized or adapted to vegetarians, vegans or allergies.
