If the gorge is closed due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., bad weather): If the closure occurs before the activity date, we will contact you via WhatsApp and email to offer an alternative date or a full refund. If the closure occurs on the same day, we will offer an alternative hiking route, including return transportation to Los Gigantes and a Canarian food tasting.The duration of the alternative activity may be longer than that of the original activity. No refunds will be issued in this case. If the closure occurs while you are inside the ravine, we will do our best to provide you with the best possible solution.

We will manage the access permits for Masca Gorge on your behalf and notify you if any issues arise.
