- Please eat a balanced meal prior to attending this tour. Ensuring your body is nourished and grounded, so you can be fully present to the experience.
- Please bring your own water bottle. There will be fauctes to refill, but we are environmentally conscious and don't provide single-use water bottles.

Coconut IslandKnown in Hawaiian as Mokuola (Moku - Island; ola - life). This sacred space was known as the healing the island long ago. We will walk the path along the island, those who choose to gather healing water are invited to do so, and others who would like to test their courage can jump off the diving tower (during high tide only)
