An immersive (and boozy) mixology experience showcasing the versatility of local Sri Lankan flavours and how they can be used to create world-class cocktails. Now in the south of Sri Lanka!
You will be guided through the creation of four stunning signature drinks, presented by a home-grown, internationally experienced mixologist. Whilst learning how to mix each classic 'like a Lankan', we'll take a brief walk though the rich history of cocktail-making and explore what makes a great cocktail. This experience will focus on showcasing the abundance of Sri Lankan natural produce, and show how you can bring these flavours from your backyard into a world class cocktail bar (or just impress your friends at home).

*Tasting of four signature cocktails
*Learning about syrups, infusions and mixers
