Arrive at Desert Highlights in the morning (pick-up available upon request) where your guide will outfit you with all of the necessary gear for canyoneering and rafting. We'll drive your group to the start of the canyon and hike across ancient sand dunes to our first rappel. Desert Highlights has experienced and knowledgeable guides that will literally "show you the ropes", ensuring your safety and teaching you everything you need to know to descend the canyon safely. After 2 exhilarating rappels and a beautiful hike out, we'll hop in the van and drive along the Colorado River. We'll have a chance to eat lunch, talk about river safety and choose the best put-in based on your groups abilities and goals for the afternoon. We'll soon launch on the river and float through rapids or enjoy a scenic flat-water float - whichever your heart desires!

This tour is suitable for beginner and experienced canyoneers alike. We are extremely passionate about our backyard and you'll gain knowledge and respect for our desert environment while out on your Moab canyoneering adventure with Desert Highlights!
