This is a completely private experience for one group only, where you can enjoy soba noodles and freshly fried tempura at a real handmade soba restaurant.
The venue is not a tourist cooking class, but a hand-made soba restaurant that has been open in Sapporo for more than 10 years and where local customers actually come to eat.
This experience originally started for Japanese customers who wanted to enjoy authentic soba noodles casually, and has now attracted travelers from all over the world.
An active soba artisan will support you while demonstrating, and you can experience authentic soba making using the tools actually used in the shop and buckwheat flour and wheat from Hokkaido.
【Soba making experience】
① Mix buckwheat flour and water
②Knead the dough
③ Stretch the dough
④ Cut with a special buckwheat knife
(5) Eat your own buckwheat noodles
You can experience the whole process of making buckwheat noodles with your own hands, from flour to kneading, stretching and cutting.
