Overview
Palo Verde River serves as a migratory sanctuary for tropical birds and is suitable for all ages. It is home to crocodiles, three types of monkeys, herons, egrets, kingfishers, scarlet macaws, and serves as a nesting ground for crocodiles year-round.
- 🌅 Your tour begins in the morning with pickup from your Guanacaste beach hotel.
- 🚐 The drive lasts an hour and a half, passing through fields of melon and papaya grown for export from Costa Rica.
- 🍽️ If you are on the AM tour, a typical lunch will be included after the boat tour.
